Addition yes, changed egr valve and bought, egr valve sensor from autozone part number su4755 but cant locate it on engine.
Answer Ok. This engine does not have a EGR position sensor. Let me guess- you bought this part at Auto Zone?? AS for the correct fix- in my experience, the most common fail item is the EGR vacuum solenoid. Check the 2 vacuum lines for cracks, rips, loose connections. If this checks, suspect faulty EGR Vacuum Solenoid.
