Need to reset radio on a 1996 Prelude.

Q.Need to reset radio on a 1996 Prelude...have the code...need instructions (manual lost)
Answer Once you turn the radio on it should display "CODE". While it displays code just use the radio preset buttons to enter the 5 digit code. If it beeps while putting in the numbers stop and start from the beginning again.
Once entered correctly is should beep once and turn back on for you.
Addition we did that but it did not beep and turn on....anything else I should do or know?
Answer Does it display "CODE" when you turn it on?
You could try and disconnect the battery for a couple minuets and try again.
