Where is the flasher module located?

Car: Honda, CRV, 2003     -    Back to Fix-It    -    Honda CRV Repair Manuals

Q.According to the shop, my 2003 C_RV needs a new "flasher module" to repair faulty directional signals and emergency flasher. I've already replaced the signal relay inside the interior fuse box. Is this "flasher module" part common to both directional and emergency flashers? Where is it located?

More Info required I don't know what they told you but there is no "flasher module" on your CRV. There is two fuses, the relay under the dash and the combo switch on the column and the hazard flasher switch on the dash.

Addition The emergency flasher has a fuse in the box under the hood. The directional signal fuse and relay are in the box below the steering wheel. Neither emergency nor the directional signals are working. The dealer says they are controlled from the same control box that they called a "flasher control module". Any car I've worked on before has one simple, cheap flasher module for each of these two features.

More Info required No, I'm looking at the wiring diagram and they're full of BS. I can upload it if you wish.
