Q.1997 acura integra 2 quarts of oil low and radiator empty. The car was starting to over heat but made it to a gas station added coolant and 2 quarts of oil. The engine was shaking and I took it to the dealer.
They check it and got rid of the engine warning light and got rid of the shaking. Then it came back last night. I checked oil and water everything was at the right level. The dealer came back and said nothing was wrong with car. They didn't even charge me. what do you think these symtoms might be?

More Info required It's really hard to tell. Did the engine light come back on or anything? How bad was the shaking?

Addition Yes the light came back on yesterday. The temp guage was just below 1/2 way point. It's definitely running hotter. I drove the car today about 80 miles and the light was already on from yesterday. The shaking started to come back after the 80 miles traveled. Coming of a dead stop I was getting the shaking and it got progessively worse. I made it to my destination. I checked water and oil they where fine. The engine has 135,000 miles on it. Before this over heat the engine was really running smooth. I cannot believe I did this stupid mistake again at this stage of my life 52. Then when I drove the car back home tonight at the 40 mile mark it was giving me problems to keep the car goiing at 60 miles per hour. Then when I was at gas station across from my home it was shaking very bad like it had a bad miss. I hope this helps.

Answer I hate to say it but it sounds like you have a small head gasket leak.
What's probably going on is the engine heats up and the head gasket expands and starts leaking slightly into the combustion camber/s making it miss which causes the vibration. I'd take it back to the shop and have them check for a head gasket leak.
