05 Honda Accord High Pitch noise at start up

Q.Upon start for the last three mornings a very audible high pitch noise as if an extra motor is running at a much higher speed than the idling engine. The noise is intensified when you turn the steering wheel in either direction. The noise stops after you drive about 1.5 to 2 miles and you don't hear again till the next morning -- doesn't occur on subsequent start-ups throughout the day.
I already checked/done: I have checked the Power Steering Fluid level and we are good to go. Any help would be appreciated.
